Can I make my drink my way?
Absolutely. Your drink, your rules! Customize your sweetness, pick your flavors, or add extra espresso or an energy shot. Sugar-free options are available, too.
Tell your barista what you’re craving and we’ll help you find your happy sip. Customizations may cost extra.
Do you have sugar-free options?
Yes! We offer zero-sugar soft drinks, RevUp Zero Sugar, and a variety of sugar-free Torani flavors and sauces. Look for “SF” on our online menu.
A sugar-free flavor or base doesn’t automatically make the finished drink sugar-free. Milk, sauces, fruit, and other add-ins can contribute sugar.
Dairy milk contains naturally occurring sugar, and plant-based milks may contain added sugar. Let us know what you’re looking for so we can check the ingredients with you.
Can I skip the caffeine?
You’ve got options! Try a caffeine-free base such as Sprite, Mug Root Beer, lemonade, or sparkling water. Your flavor choices and add-ins can change the finished drink.
We also have decaf espresso for espresso-based drinks. Just ask when you order. Decaf contains a small amount of caffeine, so it isn’t completely caffeine-free. Our cold brew is not available decaf.

Why is your ice so nice?
Tiny nuggets. Big fan club. Our nugget ice has that soft, crunchy texture PopUp fans love, and we make it with specially filtered water.
Yes, we take our ice very seriously. Nicely, of course.
What’s the story behind your coffee?
Our coffee is a blend of Central American beans roasted to a city roast—a sweet spot that brings out flavor and aroma while letting the beans’ character shine.

Can you deliver my PopUp favorites?
Crave delivery? Sip, stay, hooray. Find PopUp on DoorDash and Uber Eats. Check your address in either service for delivery availability.

I have a food allergy. What should I know?
Please tell your barista about any allergies before ordering. Our ingredients can come into contact with shared preparation areas, equipment, and utensils. We cannot guarantee that any PopUp product is free of allergens.
Allergen information comes from ingredient manufacturers and suppliers. Formulations, substitutions, seasonal ingredients, and preparation can change without notice.
What about cookies?
Our cookies may contain milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. They are baked in a local facility that also handles these allergens.
What about drinks and toppings?
Milk, cream, frozen mixes, sauces, syrups, alternative milks, and toppings may contain allergens. A sugar-free label does not mean allergen-free.

It depends on your base, size, and extra shots. Here are our published approximate amounts for selected drinks.

These are estimates, not exact measurements for every cup. Extra espresso and energy shots add to the caffeine already in your drink.
What’s in RevUp Energy?
RevUp is our extra-carbonated energy drink with caffeine, B vitamins, and taurine. Choose Original or Zero Sugar and make it your own with your favorite flavors.
A medium RevUp contains approximately 160 mg of caffeine. Our medium frozen RevUp also contains approximately 160 mg.
Zero Sugar describes the base. Added flavors, fruit, creams, or toppings may contain sugar. For nutrition information, visit our nutrition guide. Ask our crew for current ingredient details.
RevUp and LevelUp energy products are not intended or recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding people, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
What’s a LevelUp Energy Shot?
Little shot. Big energy. Our exclusive concentrated LevelUp shot adds 80 mg of caffeine, plus taurine and B vitamins, to your drink.
It’s $1 per shot, with a limit of 2 per drink. Each shot adds to any caffeine already in your cup.
